Our order accuracy rate is 99.997%. We take accuracy very seriously and use advanced technology and quality control measures to ensure that your orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

How do you handle customer support?

We provide customer support through Slack and Zenventory, allowing you to reach us quickly and easily. We’re a small team, so you’re always talking to someone directly in the warehouse. :)

Do you do Amazon Prep?

Absolutely! We are happy to prep your inventory to be sent to Amazon for FBA. We also support FBM (fulfilled by merchant) and ship the orders out for you at a much more affordable rate!

What is your pricing structure like?

Simple! Our fees consist of the pick/pack fee, shipping cost, and a monthly storage fee. The only other fee is a one-time set up fee. Get a personalized quote here.
